Availability

Currently Cedar Villas has an immediate opening for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with laundry room. If you are interested please call or email me immediatley as the apartment will go fast. We will also have several other apartments opening up in the coming weeks and months as well. The average availability usually is around 1-2 per month, some month there are zero move-outs. It is suggested that you add yourself to the waiting list prior to submitting your application. If you are interested on getting on the waiting list please send me your information. 6. *By filling out the following fields implies that you are interested in looking at an apartment and would like to be personally contacted upon an opening apartment in the complex. At the time you are notified you will be given the option to complete an application to pursue the apartment or pass it on to the next on the list. If you are flexible with your move-in date, it is suggested that you fill out an application and get it to me to hold. Please note that you have not been approved until an application has been received, processesed, and approved by management.
