    Cedar Villas is a privately managed 70-unit complex comprised of 850 square feet 2 bed room, 2 bath units. Each unit comes furnished with a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher & garbage disposal. The complex construction began in October 2002 and completed in September 2006. Recently added in 2011 we implemented an on-site recycling program in which we recycle cardboard, glass, papers, cans and plastic bottles. All on site! Availability averages around 1-2 apartments per month, however it is not unusual to be completely full for several months in a row.
